Brand new for 2017. Spacious family home sleeping 8 guests boasting a 180 degree lake view over the island of Comacina located in sun kissed Sala, one of the most sought after villages here on Lake Como. The home affords breathtaking lake views inside, expertly constructed boasting ample space for large families or groups to relax and unwind in comfort. Take in the spectacular views from your private terrace or balcony and watch the sunrise as your breakfast to the lake and mountain backdrop, top of your tan or sip and aperitif on the luxury garden furniture at sunset. Alternatively, unwind in either the outdoor pool or the indoor communal spa, pool and sauna at the residence.
Three bedrooms plus three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite.
Access to the indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna is completely private as guests are granted two x 1 hour and 30 minutes slots daily so you can enjoy the facilities entirely to yourself for complete tranquility and relaxation.

The home is conveniently located to reach the village of Sala Comacina with its pretty lake front and typical italian village life. Guests enjoy the stroll to the lake to dine and enjoy delicious local italian dishes and wonderful wines. Sala is home to an excellent wine bar, superb butcher with the freshest cuts, bakery and convenience store and cafe bars. In less than 5 minutes walk from the property you can reach a lido with beach volley, basketball area, 5-a-side football, restaurant and beach.
In Sala Comacina there is another beach and a ferry station with a taxi boat to the island.
Plus some excellent restaurants serving delicious italian fayre such as La Tirlindana, the one on the island, Taverna Bleu, etc..
The location of the residence means you are just a short drive to Lenno for the beach, ferry and supermarket. Less than 5 minutes by car. Just a few of the highlights our guests love include Villa Balbianello, 007 Casino Royale. Como city, 30 minutes from the residence, Bellagio, just a ferry ride away. The cable car to Pigra with breathtaking views over Como is less than a 10 minute drive. Mountaineers and cyclists will enjoy the majestic mountains to explore. Further afield, trips to the glitzy town San Moritz are popular or for the more adventurous, Monte Generoso offers mountain top and lake scenery that a sight to behold. The city of Milan is just an hours drive as is outlet shopping at Fox Town in Mendrisio over the Swiss border.

Beautiful view
Thoroughly enjoyed the views from the villa. We did quite a bit of travel around the area so having a car was a necessity for us. Wish we had more time to spend in the spa on the property !

Beautiful views, very responsive and helpful host. Apartment was very good for a group of people. Whirlpool and pool very spacious, but will soon need a refreshed look. Indoor pool and whirpool was warm. We enjoyed it on our own. We recommend staying there. The location is great to explore the area.

Very lovely home. There were a total of 7 of us, four adults and three teenagers traveling. The separate space upstairs worked well for remote work as well as a retreat for children. From the balconies, stunning views of Lake Como! The cool spa section downstairs was enjoyed every day. The host responded very quickly to messages and requests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Splendid apartment with a breathtaking view of the lake. Everything is made to feel like home and nothing is missing.
Obviously the kids loved the indoor pool (it was a little cold for outside).
Matteo was perfect both in his communication (thanks for the perfectly spoken French, by the way) and in his availability. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very responsive to our additional needs.
We particularly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment and the modern amenities.
The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings of Lake Como. In summary, an unforgettable stay in a beautiful setting, with a thoughtful host.

Stunning view of the lake.
Swimming pool, sauna and hot tub privatized by time slots. Very pleasant, especially on rainy days.
Sala Comacina is a very beautiful destination, typical village on the shores of the lake, instead you have to take the car to do the shopping and take the ferry (any destination around the lake).
But it is in Lenno, just 5 minutes from the accommodation.
Matteo is excellent advice for the various excursions and restaurants to do. He provided us with very detailed information for accessing the residence.
We will happily recommend this accommodation.

We were a group of 7 women. The stay, the view from the balconies, and the location were great. Mennagio was 15 minutes away by car, and we were able to take the ferries from there to Verenna and Bellagio. The boat rental is also close. The kitchen had all utilities, so we could cook and have a great breakfast and dinner with the view on the terrace. By the way indoor private SPA area was a cherry on top; the girls also enjoyed the outdoor pool.
The premises also had indoor parking for two cars.
Matteo was very responsive and shared many suggestions for local experiences. Overall, it was an amazing prolonged weekend, and that flat definitely added up to the experience.

Just returned from a week in this glorious location. Loved every minute of it!!! The views from the Villa are simply stunning. It is on a steep hillside, fine for our party, but surrounding area could be hard for less mobile. Villa facilities are superb. So great to be on the ‘Greenway’ made walking to Osuccio and Lenno delightful. The main road is almost impossible to walk along due to busy traffic and no pavement. Matteo was excellent and very attentive to all our needs. The butcher and baker in the village have most things you might need and so very friendly. All in all I can thoroughly recommend it.

Thank you for the great stay! The location is just fantastic. Our Airbnb is located in a picturesque Italian city, surrounded by breathtaking nature, historical sights and the rich culture of Italy. There”s a lot to discover! We have already tried some local restaurants and have not been disappointed. The food here is just delicious. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we can prepare our own Italian dishes. There is a cozy dining area where we can enjoy our meals and the living room invites you to relax. There is even WiFi, air conditioning and a washing machine – all the one needs for a convenient stay. Here we feel at home and can enjoy the beauty and charm of Italy to the fullest. We can”t wait to come back and gather more incredible memories. Buon viaggio!
