Take a stroll along the Greenway trail also the park in Ossuccio is nearby perfect place to enjoy an ice cream or two! The home faces the iconic isola comacina island and is situated 1 minute walk from the lake, only the road seperates the home from the Lakeside. ”

About the area:
Lake Como is a unique testimony to art, culture and traditions and is also the ideal destination for tourists who want to spend a holiday in which you will feel at one with nature, completely immersed in an environment that enjoys natural beauty and breathtaking landscapes that will stimulate both mind and body. Lake Como weather is generally mild. It is known for its Mediterranean-like climate where tropical and sub-tropical plants can grow year-round
Ossuccio is positioned on the western coast of the lake, next to Sala Comacina, where you can view the island. The village here enjoys relaxing gardens where you can swim in the lake, sunabathe or enjoy an aperitifo or two in the summer!
The area enjoys a sunny aspect and is perfectly positioned to enjoy all aspects of the lake. Lenno, with its sandy lido, is just 3 minutes drive as is the ferry stop that will take you to Bellagio, Como or most places either side of the lake. Villa Carlotta and Balbianello are all just a short journey away.
Milan, Como city and Switzerland are all possible day trips. Monza Grand prix circuit (F1 Grandprix september) is less than an hour away.
To view the Lake in all its glory we reccomend visiting between Spring to Late Autumn, although each year we are recieving a lot of interest also at Christmas and the New year too. The Lake offers something for everyone,with a wide rannge of intersts :-Sight seeing, swimming, watersports,wine tasting, dining in our fine restaurants, or just taking in the sheer splendour of the Lake…Bliss.
