Accessible to touristy villages such as Menaggio and Tremezzo. Bellagio a ferry ride away.

Two bathrooms (one on each level) each feature showers and w.c and are located next to the bedroom. Infact, the bathroom on the top floor is ensuite.

Modern, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons inc microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, hob/stove, oven,fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board

Living Rooms:

Living room with kitchen area, sofa bed for 2 further guests and patio doors leading to the balcony for alfresco lake view dining overlooking the pool. TV.

Fabulous

Staying here was like hitting the jackpot. Everything worked for us. The apartment was to our liking (clean and good facilities) and met our expectations, our host Franco took well care of us and gave a chance to brush up the little Spanish I could still remember.

The village is lovely and all of the lake area stunningly beautiful. We rented a car at the airport so it was great driving around. Took the train from Como to Milan for a day.

Sigma market in Lenno is nice, the ice cream sold by the lake at the market square delicious and the storms with thunder exciting after every hot day.

Lots to see but also one can just soak in the warmth and atmosphere.

Definitely recommendable!

The apartment was right at the end of the block overlooking the pool and the stunning mountain and village view. We had excellent weather even in September, couple of brilliant thunderstorms watched from the balcony at night. Pool is shared with other apartments, never seemed overly busy and there are allocated sunloungers for every apartment. Lenno is gorgeous, far less touristy and busy than the main suspects, but easily walkable from apartment to supermarkets, restaurants, ferry stop. Walking along the greenway through the little cobbled streets to neighbouring villages was gorgeous. Barrie was a fount of knowledge, great communication, on hand by WhatsApp throughout if needed. All in all a fabulous holiday.

Absolutely fabulous. Location was splendid giving plenty to get out and see. Or if, like us, you wanted to just unwind the apartment was perfect. With great views and the pool. Barrie was a mine of local knowledge and very friendly. I just hope we didn’t offend by just staying in a lot  His recommendation for the local boat hire ( we did go out ) was spot on and Mino’s boat was glorious. Great time.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect – the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The view was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. The host was kind and responsive. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!
