A brand new two bedroom, modern style two bathroom pool apartment situated in the picturesque and authentic lakeside village of Argegno. New for 2017, we are delighted to present this gorgeous new apartment to our guests.
Situated in a sunny position overlooking the lake in the most authentic village on the lake, Argegno.
Beautifully appointed with two double bedroom plus sofa bed accessed via patio doors in the 2nd double room available for guests not wishing to sleep in two double rooms.
The modern open plan living room, with kitchen and dinning area adds to the light and spacious atmosphere.
The living area benefits from a stunning lake view terrace from where you can take in the marvel of the majestic view of the lake and mountains, or simply to sit relaxing in the sun and enjoy a glass of Italian wine or a lazy lunch.
The master bedroom benefits from air conditioning available for an additional supplement.

About the Area:
The apartment is conveniently located just a 10 minutes walk down to the village, where you can enjoy all amenities with local restaurants, wine bars, ice cream parlour, ferry and bus stop to all major towns on the lake. Argegno is popular with locals, the Milanese and cyclists who pause for a coffee in the buzzing piazza full of local life and characters. Every Monday there is a market from where you can sample some great local produce. Argegno also benefits from a pool and lido in the village as well as the swimming pool located close to your home at the residence.
The apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy all aspects of Lake Como. Argegno itself is home to lakeside living. Whether hiring a boat for that perfect for a relaxing lunch at one of the many lakeside restaurants we will help to ensure you get the best out of your stay here.

All major routes are accessible by car, boat or bus from the village just a 10 minute walk from the apartment – car hire is not required however the accommodation includes secure parking.
For guests who like to go cycling or hiking, further on up the hill will no doubt astound you with some of the prettiest and the most outstanding views in both Europe.
The landscapes and views that the whole area offers are alone well worth a visit.
A mix of different colours and atmospheres in every season that can be admired from various scenic view points from where you can be in awe of the spectacle created by nature and man, especially on clear days.

The property is perfect for a holiday for a couple or a small family (we travelled with a 1 year old), all facilities you could need are available and modern in style, from pool to coffee machine! The view is amazing – perfect view of the lake and within no more than a 7-8 minute walk (although slightly steep on the way up) down a safe path. The village is nice and quiet with plentiful restaurants (and naturally a place for Gelato) and has a small boat dock where you can take day trips to other places around Como Parking easily available undercover Highly recommended

Five stars!
Our wonderful short break started with that we arrived much to early in Argengo. Family Webb, the manager of the apartment, were so nice and let us move in the apartment earlier.
We felt comfortable from the first moment. Location and view are overwhelming, the apartment well-kept and tastefully furnished.
What impressed me first was the fact that the pictures provided on the Internet gave an excellent impression of the apartment. Nothing “faked”, all real. The apartment has a very nice swimming pool, which we used every day.
After a small rest, we explored the surroundings together in the afternoon. Within a short 5-10 min walk we arrived in the City of Argegeno. There you can find some fine restaurants, even some where they serve glutenfree Pasta and Pizza, what my kids loved.
We slept very well. Towels were available in sufficient quantity. Free parking in the garage was possible. Internet / WIFI worked without problems.
I would particularly like to stress the willingness of the managers. They always attended us with good advice and gave us an unforgettable holiday. We have rarely experienced such a good and friendly service.
We can recommend this apartment without any hesitation and will certainly be back!

Argegno Christmas stay Fantastic Apartment
Stayed in this brand new, modern apartment for the Christmas period. Underfloor heating was perfect after coming back in from the winter weather which made the apartment very warm and comfortable. Great beds and showers. Ultra-fast broadband was great and the ability to live stream from the smart TV ideal for on-demand programmes. Kitchen is well set up with everything we needed to cook and eat in if desired and there is the option of two coffee makers. The washing machine / dryer was ideal for our stay. Views of the lake are fantastic from the downstairs and upstairs balconies and we were able to sit out and enjoy the winter sun and watch the ferries go by with a glass of wine. The sun streamed into the apartment. The village down below is traditional and really quaint with good restaurants, wine shops, pharmacy, grocer etc. and was a short walk down the hill which took us straight into the village square, another 5 minutes or so longer back up the hill after eating and drinking great food and wine. The pool looked inviting even in winter but we will have to save our review of that until our next visit. The pool is solar heated in season to always be warm! The complex has a couple of large common grass areas too so would be great in summer to lie out there then head into the pool. Parking directly under the complex is perfect as is the lift directly by the designated car park which we used to get our bags up into the room rather than using the stairs. The cable car, lakeside Lido and trip over the hill into Switzerland are a must do and then there’s the rest of the amazing lake to explore! Overall thanks for a wonderful stay – hassle free key collection and meet and greet, ideal location and perfect apartment for our Winter Italian holiday! We hope to be back.

Beautiful apartment in a terrific location

Really wonderful stay – apartment is well equipped and comfortable (although would really benefit from air conditioning throughout the warmer months). Argegno is a lovely village on the lake with all basic needs covered and providing easy access to the other towns on the lake via road and boat.
