The apartment has delightful lake and mountain views. Ideally situated to reach all parts of lake and all major tourist attractions and villas. Lenno is a sunny spot in one of the most sought after areas of the lake with golden man made beach.
The home features large living area, air conditioning, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and private garden and balcony. Private parking also on site. Lenno is famed within the area for its Lido with its exclusive beach one of a handful that has sand.
The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food. Lenno is the home of Villa Balbianello which has played backdrop to numerous films including Casino Royale, Oceans 12 and Star Wars.
Supermarket, weekly fresh fish and meats, dairy products, bakery available each Tuesday. Ferry stops within walking distance to reach all parts of the lake.

2 minutes walk to the secluded shingle beach in front of the apartment, the famous lido di lenno beach is only 10 minutes walk from here you can catch the waterboat (5 minutes) to Villa Balbianello, probably the most romantic scenery in Lake Como as featured in the recent James Bond 007 film, Casino Royale. The water ferry stop is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment for access to all parts of the lake, there is also a larger ferry stop with a more frequent ferry service 15 minutes walk.
