The villa affords majestic lake views from it’s private balcony, terrace and its ample gardens with ample space inside and out for families or groups to enjoy complete privacy and relaxation overlooking the shores lake of Como.

The property features two bedrooms and bathrooms located on entry level with internal and external stairs to access the living room, kitchen, balcony and terrace-pool garden level

Air conditioning, wifi, private pool, private garage are all included for added convenience.

We also provide a personal one to one concierge service from stocking your pantry with essentials and sourcing italian wines from our preferred wineries for you to enjoy on arrival to making reservations at our favourite restaurants where the italian’s dine. In addition our local insights and knowledge of hidden local gems from our preferred artisan bakeries to our favourite mountain top hikes, will enable you to enjoy the most authentic experience imaginable from your stay here on the lake the minute you arrive.

Private chef, wine tasting tours, e-bike here plus boat and helicopter tours of the lake are available on request to enhance your vacation.

I had an extra day so booked this villa at the last minute. The process was easy and instructions were simple. I didn’t know this part of the lake but it is well located between Argegno and Sala Comacina on the Greenway walking route. The villa is a gem, two comfortable bed rooms and a spacious living area with super views of the lake. It is quiet too, despite being conveniently located and a short walk to an excellent coffee shop and bar.

“Wow! Just Wow! We generally prefer staying in private homes rather than hotels when we are on holiday and so far Villa Rosa takes the prize. Ok, it was intended as a bit of indulgence. but the stunning setting (the photos just don’t don’t do it justice), the decor, the garden, the facilities, the cookery class and the private chef with all the trimmings, along with Barrie’s support have all created the most wonderful memories and made it totally worthwhile. A stay at this beautiful house is definitely very special.”

“This area is less well known but is a hidden gem away from the crowds. Beautifully furnished, spacious rooms, quiet, relaxing and tranquil. And a private garden with stunning views and your own pool. Fantastic. I took advantage of being on the Greenway to walk to nearby attractions including Musa, the beach, and local bars around Sala Comacina. The other way took me up into the hills above Argegno. This is a great base for discovering the magic of Lago di Como”
