This year Italian Apartments are supporting Debra, a charity set up to raise awareness of the skin disease Epidermolysis Bullosa.
It is a rare condition that causes brittle, blistered skin. Blisters may appear in response to minor injuries, even from heat, rubbing, or scratching. In more severe cases, blisters can form inside the body, such as the lining of the mouth or stomach.
In 2024 Graeme Souness and his family are planning to come to Tuscany at our home in Buonconvento, hopefully we can all try to raise wonderful funds if not awareness about this skin disease.
