All prices based on market conditions – from time to time these may fluctuate.
All arrivals are between 2pm and 6pm unless prior agreement. Check out is at 10am unless specified as different on arrival.
Security bonds payable in euros (cash). The deposit will be returned on departure minus any charges for damages made. In the case of customers leaving before 7.30am or at a time not prior agreed, a cheque will be issued and sent to the customer within 14 days after the property is inspected.
Please bring your booking confirmation form to gain entry to the accommodation. Only the allocated number of guests agreed can gain access to the property and the number of guests cannot be changed during the stay.
Please ensure you have read all terms and conditions and the property reference number matches the property you have viewed and requested as this cannot be deemed as our error on your arrival.
Please ensure all rubbish is taken away with you on departure to avoid any additional charges.
We retain the right to gain access for essential maintenance during your stay. i.e. garden, plumbing etc.
Please note the majority of properties are private homes and therefore special architecture, style of property, age or rustic nature may differ from your usual abode and result in minor inconveniences. However these cannot be accepted as complaints.9. Payments. All payments made are non-refundable.
Rebates. If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel a booking we will offer an equivalent standard holiday home where available. If one such property is not available or both parties cannot agree on alternative accommodation your payment will be refunded in full and the contracts will be retracted.
Please not we cannot be held responsible for any issues outside our control eg works, traffic, neighbour disputes, acts of God and cannot be used as means of refunds or rebates. Please note this list is not exhaustive.
ww.xe.com is the calclulator used to convert currency for all transactions. Please note the agreed cost for your holiday at time of booking applies in all cases for the deposits and balances.
In the event of fluctation of exchange rates after the date of booking and prior to balance is due the requested balance and currency is required in full at the due date as agreed at the time of booking.
It is advisable to pre order currency to pay balance if you feel your currency value may diminsh prior to the date of your holiday and final balance of payment.
