Our wonderful short break started with that we arrived much to early in Argengo. Family Webb, the manager of the apartment, were so nice and let us move in the apartment earlier. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Location and view are overwhelming, the apartment well-kept and tastefully furnished. What impressed me first was the fact that the pictures provided on the Internet gave an excellent impression of the apartment. Nothing “faked”, all real. The apartment has a very nice swimming pool, which we used every day. After a small rest, we explored the surroundings together in the afternoon. Within a short 5-10 min walk we arrived in the City of Argegeno. There you can find some fine restaurants, even some where they serve glutenfree Pasta and Pizza, what my kids loved. We slept very well. Towels were available in sufficient quantity. Free parking in the garage was possible. Internet / WIFI worked without problems. I would particularly like to stress the willingness of the managers. They always attended us with good advice and gave us an unforgettable holiday. We have rarely experienced such a good and friendly service. We can recommend this apartment without any hesitation and will certainly back again! Thank you Family Webb!

A beautiful home with spectacular views!
We were lucky enough to spend a month in this lovely penthouse. It is spacious, well maintained, extremely well equipped and spotless. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get unlike some other places where the pictures and descriptions are often misleading. We never tired of sitting on the terrace taking in the beautiful scenery. Barrie and Julie are wonderful to deal with and eager to assist in any way they can. We definitely recommend this apartment. Tip: if you are driving make sure your vehicle is very small otherwise entering and exiting the garage may be problematic.

Where do I start?! An absolutely stunning place, modern, clean and well equipped. The views were breathtaking, even during storms the view was amazing!
The kids loved the pool, which was a godsend in the boiling hot weather. The three fans were well used, and the basement room was really cool in the hot weather. We loved Lenno, a short walk away, fabulous places to eat and drink- Albergo Lenno had fabulous food, and the service was outstanding. Our favourite was Bar il Golfo, the food and drink was really reasonably priced.
Roy was so welcoming on our arrival, gave us lots of information and available for questions. We were so sad to leave, it truely was a perfect place, and we definitely will be returning. Thanks for the memories.?

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay on Lake Como at the Casa Paradiso Apartment. The apartment was extremely well appointed, modern and clean, and although we didn’t eat in the apartment much, it would have been very well equipped for self-catering. The view from both balconies and the pool area was just sublime from it’s vantage above Loveno. It was very idyllic and quiet and although part of a 4 apartment block we were the only tenants for all but our last day. Barrie and Julie were exceptional hosts, catering for our last minute late arrival change with professionalism and flexibility. Communication was excellent throughout the process from booking to verifying post holiday satisfaction. (We were slightly concerned about the payment schedule and payment by bank transfer, but in the end we needn’t have been; the first payment goes to the managing agent and the second payment direct to the owner). We spent days in Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio and Lenno – all within easy reach by ferry, so no need to drive! The best meal that we had was at Locanda La Volpe up in the hills in Plesio – the terrace view down over the lake is outstanding as was the steak! Other good restaurants included: Ristoro Forma & Gusto (Bellagio), Bar Gelateria Helvetia (Tremezzina) and Il Ristorante di Paolo (Menaggio). We look forward to our return one day, and have no hesitation in recommending Italian Apartments for your stay…

Perfect apartment!
I rented this apartment with three friends and it was just perfect. It was within walking distance of everything–restaurants, markets, and shops. The view from the living room and terrace was breathtaking. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Toni greeted us and oriented us to the apartment and the town. I would absolutely return!

Nice location with good views. Apartment clean with everything you’d need. Stairs do keep you fit during your stay and help work off all the Gelato. Barrie and Julie were very good communicators and were quick to sort out a WIFI issue. Booked directly with them and avoided the Home Away booking fee.
