Beach lido in the neighbouring village of Sala Comacina approximately a 10 minute walk from the home.
Village
The home is located in sun kissed Ossuccio which forms part of the greenway 7k walking route featuring many villa and the most beautiful scenery located on this part of the lake.
Lake
The lake is a minutes walk or so from the home. You can access the lake directly from the park here in Ossuccio which the home overlooks for a dip or relax in the park or hire a boat close by.

The house has a fantastic location and a spectacular view over the lake. We can walk to a public beach in a few minutes for a dip, the Greenway di Lago is around the corner, and the trekking paths are nearby as well.
The house is roomy, well distributed and is very pleasant to live in.
However, there is a busy road going round the property, which makes it difficult to relax in the garden or around the barbecue. The low visibility while walking out of the house also requires extra care while walking out (no footpaths along the busy road).
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay !

8 friends traveling together, the house worked perfectly. The view is magical! Easy to transport around the lake by both bus and boat.
