This first floor apartment is one of nine in a stylish complex completed in 2010, with communal pool, garden, Jacuzzi and sauna, BBQ and private balcony with Lake view. Located close to the mid-lake sightseeing towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna and convenient for the attractions of the western bank, it’s only ten minutes from the nearest beach, restaurants and not far from top attraction Villa Carlotta.

The apartment sleeps up to six guests.

About the Area:

Cadenabbia and Griante are two parts of the same place – Cadenabbia on the Lake front and Griante about 50 metres back. Cadenabbia is a short drive from the mid-Lake town of Menaggio and short ferry ride to Bellagio and Varenna, the three main sightseeing locations at Lake Como. On the slopes behind Griante is the church of San Martino, in a spectacular location, and just over the road from the ferry point is a lovely Anglican church. Just down the road in Tremezzo is the Villa Carlotta, a popular attraction.

“The apartment was really great, spacious, it had everything you needed. Besides that, there was a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The only thing was that the location wasn’t necessarily near a hotspot of restaurants/cafe’s etc, but everything was easy to reach by ferry or bus.
All in all a true reco when going to lake como!”

“Unable to be disappointed!! The accommodation is clean, nice, amazing view, very well equipped, and the linen impeccable!! A small downside to the moderately comfortable bedding.
Our host was super welcoming, answered all of our questions, is flexible on our arrival time.
The pool is great, the garden very beautiful and well kept.
All amenities are close.

“We had a great stay by Lake Como with our 7 and 9 year old children. The apartment is very spacious and very well arranged with stunning views of the Lake (even more beautiful than in the photos) as the accommodation is a little in the heights 5/10 min walk from the shores of the Lake. Matteo’s welcome, instructions and suggestions were great. The apartment has an ideal location close to supermarkets, restaurants and ferries to visit the cities of the opposite bank either on foot or by car. The orientation of the city from the lake and mountain means that this side of the bank is faster in the shade at the end of the day (6:30 p.m./7 p.m.) than the opposite bank but on the other hand, in the morning the city is in the sun.
Our only regret is that there is very little beach to swim in Lake Como, but it’s true in all cities near the Lake. Which makes the pool very nice in addition to the children (1.30) had feet everywhere which was reassuring”

“Italy and Lake Como are simply wonderful. The apartment was easy to find as Matteo had sent a nice video. The apartment was nice and clean. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic. When you have to do big shopping, you need a car. Otherwise, there are small shops nearby. Many steps down to the lake, but here you will find many delicious restaurants and 3 ferries. We also rented a boat ourselves and had a fantastic day on Lake Como. The pool is clean and nice. New deckchairs could well be bought, but it worked. Matteo was a friendly and helpful host. He responded quickly when we contacted him. He sent us information about everything the area had to offer. All in all, a really nice holiday. We can highly recommend renting this apartment. We will miss the view.”
