This contemporary, luxuriously furnished ground floor split level apartment is one of nine in a stylish complex completed in 2010, with private balcony and garden, BBQ and communal pool Jacuzzi and sauna. Located in a tranquil spot but convenient for visiting the mid-lake sightseeing towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna and the attractions of the western bank, down to Como. It’s only ten minutes from the nearest beach, restaurants, local shops and ferry point and not far from the Lake’s top attraction – Villa Carlotta.

About the Area:
Cadenabbia and Griante are two parts of the same place – Cadenabbia on the Lake front and Griante about 50 metres back. Cadenabbia is a short drive from the mid-Lake town of Menaggio and short ferry ride to Bellagio and Varenna, the three main sightseeing locations at Lake Como. On the slopes behind Griante is the church of San Martino, in a spectacular location, and just over the road from the ferry point is a lovely Anglican church. Just down the road in Tremezzo is the Villa Carlotta, a popular attraction.

we really enjoyed the Hottub, Sauna and Pool. Nearby there is one restaurant and one small grocery store.
The town itself is about a 20 minute walk away
The Communication with Matteo was really easy and any problems were resolved after 1 hour”

The apartment, the pool, and the views of the mountains were perfect.
We were walking distance from the lake (less than 10 minutes) and had a private parking space.
The host is very friendly, correct and on hand when we needed it.

If the quiet residence, removed, may seem difficult to find, Matteo sent us several extremely clear videos that made the access very easy and so we had no problem finding it. A big thank you Matteo for all these videos.
The pool was very nice and if the number of deckchairs is less than a third of the residents, each other’s schedules are such that “traffic jams” are rare. It is a nice residence, very well located (a 10-minute walk from the lake) and we had a lovely stay there”

Super spacious for 6 people.
It is located on two floors (PB and subfloor) and each area has its own living room and bathroom. There are a lot of place to store.
It is only 6 blocks from the ferry so the car is not necessary if you want to stay here.
We had a problem with the sauna and Jacuzzi (the previous tenant was raged) so we couldn’t use them but the owner worried and repaired the damage the next day.
The owner was super friendly to us and always tended to the phone.
Obviously we will be renting the apartment again.!!!!”

Perfect apartment in a beautiful landscape
The apartment was absolutely great. Clean, well-kept, comfortable. We had a wonderful time on Lake Como for 11 days. Matteo the owner was very accommodating, friendly, flexible to our needs and available to help and advise. A clear recommendation to anyone interested.

Super nice and quiet facility.
We really enjoyed our holiday there. Were there over Easter and there was even water in the pool. Everything was there in the apartment to make your stay comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean, nice and tastefully decorated. We will certainly come back.
