Satellite with selected uk channels. Neighbouring villages near by by foot or car. Restaurants and café bar for lakeside dining 5 minutes walk. Plus we will be happy to recommend our favourite diners, just ask! Local mini market can also be found here in the village. Boat hire can be arranged on request. Supermarket with bakery, pizzeria, mini market only around 10 minutes drive as well as deli’s, fresh and weekly market for fresh cheese, meats, bread, fruit and veg. Outside: Huge wrap around balcony with lake views and modern outdoor furniture BBQ and sun loungers. Spacious private area ideal for sunbathing and dining alfresco. Stairway to heaven.
Very nice apartment well located and nice. We took advantage of the terrace and pool. We enjoyed the easy parking and you should know that the number of steps to climb does not represent an insurmountable difficulty, especially since the view once at the top is breathtaking!

Beautiful spacious and very well-equipped apartment, with stunning views of the lake. Perfect location for lake excursions, and the town of Como with all its amenities. The garage space makes it very easy to stay given the difficulty of parking in the village, and the pool was a great relief during the hot week we were staying. We must empaasize Julie”s kindness and friendliness. Communication with her was always excellent, and she immediately responded to all of our messages. Their directions made it easy to get into the house, and it gave us plenty of information about places and things to do.
