“Beautifully located complex with vacation apartments. The pool and whirlpool are excellent. A beautiful footpath leads directly down to the lake. A huge advantage since you don’t need a car. There are also great restaurants and hiking trails upstairs.
Only the bedrooms and bathrooms on the garage level could be more welcoming and better equipped. However, you can park safely and bring your luggage directly into the apartment. I think the value for money is justified for this location and the pools. You can also spend lovely evenings in front of the apartment.” 4 stars.

“The apartment was spacious enough for 8 people (4 adults and 4 children), the location was great with a beautiful view of the lake, and you can walk to the boat terminal down the hill. The jacuzzi and sauna facilities were also a great added bonus. The host and owner, Matteo, was particularly helpful. “The location of this apartment is fantastic, overlooking the lake and within walking distance directly to the lakefront, the boat terminal, and the bus stop. The setting is simply wonderful, and this is an excellent base for exploring all of Lake Como.
The apartment was spacious for the four of us who stayed, with beautiful gardens and generous parking.
We visited in April, and it was very good value: it’s not elaborately furnished, but has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
The host was responsive and provided plenty of tips and information. The arrival guide was particularly good, and he was very easy to communicate with throughout our visit.

Fabulous,well equipped apartment. Matteo the owner was extremely friendly and was always available by phone message to answer any questions we had. Lovely swimming pool sunbathing area,sauna,jacuzzi and small private garden. It felt like we were in a tropical Oasis.
Fabulous views, away from the road noise ,so really calm and quiet. Just a short walk down to the main road and the lake with a good choice of tasty restaurants, coffee shops etc. A very comfortable and relaxing stay that we hope to return to soon.

We had an excellent week with friends. Everything was perfect: the pool, the hot tub, the magnificent view.
The double underground parking next to the accommodation is super convenient.

Great apartment,super location, clean, nice undisturbed garden, great area with swimming pool. The kitchen and living room were also very good. Only thing that can be commented on is that the beds could be better and that the downstairs got very humid in the air. We had a great stay enjoyed eating on the patio.

Very nice place with a great view over Lake Como and mountains. Kids loved the pool. Short walk to restaurants and ferry station. Matteo was great host with excellent tips for football, hiking etc. Excellent location for exploring the best of Lake Como.

We are 3 couples, friends from the UK who meet up for holidays together now and then… this was the perfect location and home for us to enjoy the beautiful area and being together in comfort and security. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well maintained.
We had fun in local bars and restaurants, especially La Figurida, a short walk up the hill from the residence. We enjoyed exploring Lenno, Varenna, Bellagio and Como. The ferry and bus to these places were close by and quite easy to navigate. Thanks to Matteo for his advice and helpfulness.

“Great place, great location, great views. Wonderful place, cobblestone walkway behind the building to walk down to the lake. Walkway is uneven and the walk up is a bit steep but definitely doable. The walkway ends at the ferry and a bus stop (also a small grocery store for the basics). Close to restaurants, bars and gelato. The nearest larger grocery is about a 12 minutes car ride.
Villa is spacious, two bedrooms and bath upstairs with a large bedroom/sitting area with bath downstairs. Perfect for our family of 8. Very family friendly.
Secure location with gated entry. Matteo was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely highly recommend”
