“Ossuccio Villa on the lake” is a Private 180 lake view air conditioned villa overlooking the island of Comacina,
Sleeping up to 6 guests, the newly refurbished home boasts a spacious private garden, private pool, own boat mooring and docking, three bedrooms, two private bathrooms, brand new fitted kitchen and a spacious lake view living area plus private off road secure parking. The home is located just a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and within easy reach of the bus and walking routes around the lake. The ferry is located just a short 3 minute drive from the home. Wake up to the lake everyday from the master bedroom, enjoy breakfast on your private terrace and take in that view!

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in your private garden taking in the sun on the loungers or hire a boat and take to the lake waters, you’ve your very own private boat mooring.
The home boasts secure parking for two vehicles.
The home sleeps a maximum of SIX GUESTS only plus 1 baby. We regret we cannot accept larger groups.
We live and work here on the lake and will be delighted to recommend places to visit, restaurants etc to ensure you get the locals perspective and insight to the lake and thus the very most from your stay.
We will be happy to organise a private chef with wine’s to match sourced from our favourite italian wineries plus cooking lessons at the home-please ask for details.
Boat hire can be arranged on request as well as tours of the lake on a luxury boat with captain to explore prestigious villa’s, dine at one of our favourite lakeside restaurants and visit the many hidden treasures here on Lake Como.
Executive chauffeur hire available on request including airport pick up.

The location of this villa is fabulous! We took full advantage of the private dock and lakefront access…the water was fine! The home offered comfortable amenities and we walked to restaurants and boat rentals. Alina and Alessandro were very responsive…couldn’t have asked for more.

What an incredible find in Lake Como! Right on the lake and within walking distance to a couple incredible restaurants + a boat rental company (highlight of our trip). You can swim off the dock or walk on the greenway that is attached to the property – it’s a gem!

This holiday was a 3 generation getaway…parents, children and grandchild, so meeting the needs of all was going to be a challenge. The property and those that helped met and exceeded all expectations. First of all, it looks even better then the pictures! The view was beautiful, peaceful and mesmerizing. My grandson spent almost every waking hour in the pool, comments of “I am happy just relaxing here for awhile” were plentiful by all. Our contact person, Alina was wonderful, helping us whenever we asked. Initially, I was a bit concerned that the property was a “bit off the beaten path” but it turned out to be great. Access to the ferry at Lenno was convenient and we were away from the crowds of the larger destinations such as Bellagio. We were able to jump ferries and get around whenever we wished and yet found lovely little out of way places close by. A wonderful holiday…we all were saddened by it all coming to an end.

Amazing Lake Como
Property is located right on the lake. Priceless to watch Rivas and water taxis from your patio while enjoying Rose. House is quintessential Italian Villa. Great location and stay. Walking distance to Lenno and Villa Balbianello. Boat rental just down the street.
