Located in Mennagio, from where it’s convenient to get to places of interest along the western bank, north and south; across the Lake to Bellagio and Varenna and west to Lugano in Switzerland. But Menaggio itself has the most welcoming piazza at the Lake.

The house sleeps up to ten guests in four bedrooms each with own shower room.

  that the home sleeps up to 10. Three of the bedrooms (two double and one twin) reached down spiral staircase (not suitable for elderly, infirm or young children). The twin room and one double have adjoining shower rooms and French windows opening onto garden. The third bedroom has en suite facilities (shower and w.c.) on the same level and an independent entrance from the garden. Upstairs double room with bathroom inc shower and w.c
