A large and luxurious villa with swimming pool. Living area with satellite TV accesses roofed terraces for alfresco dining and mature gardens, all with stunning lake views. Located in Mennagio, from where it’s convenient to get to places of interest along the western bank, north and south; across the Lake to Bellagio and Varenna and west to Lugano in Switzerland. But Menaggio itself has the most welcoming piazza at the Lake.
The house sleeps up to ten guests in four bedrooms each with own shower rooms and costs from €2,495 to €4,995 per week.

Facilities
- Living area with dining and lounge seating for eight, central heating, log fire, DVD player, Satellite TV, video player and CD player. Wi-fi available.
- Equipment includes dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Highchair available.
- Four bedrooms, one with two single beds, three with double beds. One cot. One of the downstairs double bedrooms also includes 2 single sofabeds taking the total amount
that the home sleeps up to 10. Three of the bedrooms (two double and one twin) reached down spiral staircase (not suitable for elderly, infirm or young children). The twin room and one double have adjoining shower rooms and French windows opening onto garden. The third bedroom has en suite facilities (shower and w.c.) on the same level and an independent entrance from the garden. Upstairs double room with bathroom inc shower and w.c - Four shower rooms in total. Linen, towels, iron, hair dryer provided.

- The property is fenced, with secure garage for up to four cars.

- Convenient for access to sightseeing on western branch and centres for water-sports at the Northern end of the Lake.
