Ossuccio Grande “C“ is a brand new private town house villa in a residence of five luxury homes located here in sun kissed Ossuccio. The property, located on three levels, enjoys a wonderful lake view as well as use of the swimming pool, private parking and five bedrooms plus sofa bed to sleep twelve guests as well as four bathrooms.
The property is located in sleepy and sought offer Ossuccio on the popular western side of the lake offering an opportunity to enjoy Lake Como living at its finest. Ossuccio basks in its sunny position and is within easy distance to drive to touristy villages such as Menaggio and Tremezzo or to reach the ferry in near by Lenno to access Bellagio and the east side of the lake. The park in Ossuccio is just a 10 minutes walk down from the property where you can relax, enjoy dinner or a snack or sunbathe and take in the sun. West of the home the beach at lido di lenno, the 007 Villa Balbianello and boat hire as well as the ferry stop are found. To the east Argegno, the funicular cable car and further south the City of Como are found.

The villa is located over three levels. The entry level leads to the spacious, air conditioned open plan living area with patio doors accessing the private terrace, garden and pool. Relax on the spacious sofa or rustle up a feast in the purpose built modern kitchen, boasting all conveniences. A bathroom featuring a wc and shower is also located on the living room for your convenience.

Approximately 15 steps access the first floor where an air conditioned double bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a shower and wc, plus ample wardrobe space is located and feature beamed ceiling with patio doors leading to wonderful private balcony with a splendid lake view. A second bedroom, also with air conditioning features an open plan layout featuring a twin bed, ample wardrobe space as well as a sofa bed for two more guests offers guests the option as an extra living area or a family bedoom sleeping up to 4 guests and access to the large private lake view balcony, ideal to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif at sunset.

Downstairs from the living room entrance level the main bedroom area is located reached via steps.
