Location

• The location provides the most glorious panoramic views but is only ten minutes walk down steps to the Sala Comacina village with bars, shops and restaurants and bus and ferry links to attractions along the western branch and in the mid lake area. Major sights most easily reached include the Villas Balbianello and Carlotta.

• The open plan kitchen area contains fitted units and houses an oven, grill, four  hotplates, fridge freezer, dishwasher dining table and four chairs
• Central heating
• Two bedrooms, both with king size beds; one on the same floor as the lounge/kitchen, the other in the ‘Mansard’ attic. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and beamed ceilings. The apartment sleeps five in total
• Two bathrooms, one on each level, both with shower and WC
• Iron, hairdryer and kettle provided

• Lift from garage (second floor) to apartment
