A large house, organised into three apartments, one on each floor, sleeping ten in total. Ideal for a self catering group or large family. Situated in Argegno. Rates are from £595 per week, but apartments can be rented separately (ask about individual rates).

Facilities
- The top floor consists of a living room with large comfy sofas, English TV on a 32 inch flat screen, a DVD player and WIFI internet access. The apartment sleeps four, on one double bed and a sofa bed, while the farmhouse style kitchen diner seats six. The recently refurbished bathroom contains a shower and WC. There’s even a log fire for the winter.
- The living space on the middle floor (with DVD player and WIFI access) sleeps four on large sofa beds. The apartment also includes a kitchen/diner and large shower room with WC.
- The ground floor sleeps two more guests on a sofa bed, and also has a DVD player and WIFI access if required. There is also a shower and WC reached by a separate entrance outside the apartment, making it ideal for guests who like to be the first one to breathe in the fresh morning air.
- The sun terrace overlooking the lake has ample room and a table and seating for guests in all apartments to enjoy eating outside.
- Garden with BBQ.
- Equipment provided includes cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and hair dryers.
- CD player.
- Hand towels are provided but please bring body towels and check with owner about linen.
- Fishing and snorkelling equipment in the house.
- Parking 3-4 minutes away, in a pull-in by the Lake.
- Almost two acres of wooded mountainside for adventurous guests to explore.

- Argegno is located about halfway up the western branch of the Lake, with good road and ferry connections to the mid-lake area (Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna) and to the south (Como town and Cernobbio)
