- Steps to the apartment may make it unsuitable for young children, the elderly or infirm. If in doubt, please ask before booking.
- Car advised. Nearest amenities 1.5k
- Frequent ferries to Menaggio and Cadenabbia also provide access to the attractions of the western branch, the west side of the Alto Lario (northern end) and Como town
- Regular ferries to Varenna also provide access to the east side of the Lake
