Location
- San Siro is a village on the west side of the Lake, a short distance from the tourist attractions of the western branch (including the villas Balbianello and Carlotta) and the ‘mid-Lake triangle’ of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna and from the historic centres at the Northern end of the Lake. Como, Milan and St Moritz can also be visited on day trips.
- The apartment is perched above the Lake and enjoys stupendous panoramic views from the living area, balcony, pool and kitchen
- A ten minute walk brings you to the village, with its bars, restaurants, shops, bus stop and shingle beach, from which you can watch, or join in, a range of water sports.

- Steps within apartment may make the property unsuitable for the elderly, infirm or young children (over fives welcome as long as supervised around the pool). But most of apartment located on one floor.
- 25% non refundable deposit to reserve.
- Balance to be paid twelve weeks prior to arrival, after which no refunds apply.
- 350 Euros damage bond payable on arrival, refunded on departure.
