First floor apartment with wheelchair access, lift to property with only around 30 steps (therefore suitable for all ages)
Lounge / dining area with lounge seating for five, dining seating for six and stunning views across and along the lake
Communal garden accessible via lift and steps. 2 minutes walk from the apartment. In three years of letting we have yet to see any other homes use the garden as most homes have access to a private balcony or their own garden.
Picnic hamper plus table and chairs available for exclusive use of our guests.
Central heating. TV with 32 inch screen and Sky; CD, video and DVD players.

Located next to both the centre of Laglio, a picturesque and upmarket village on the western branch, and the Lakeside, the apartment combines tranquillity, even in high season, with access to all of the Lake’s visitor attractions – by car, bus or ferry. Only the lower lake residential road seperates the residence and you from the lake!
Local amenities include a water’s edge cafe bar, butcher, mini market, post office and restaurants.
