The spacious seating area as well as bathroom with shower & wc ( the staircase not suitable for use by children or the elderly or infirm.)
- Large state of the art kitchen, with cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine.
- Two immaculate bathrooms each with shower and WC.
- Linen and towels provided.
- Kettle, iron and hairdryer.
- Lift access and secure parking for two vehicles if required (car advised but may not essential, as the nearest ferry point is only ten minutes down from the home).

Location
- Nearest beach and other facilities are to be found at Lenno (1km)
- Convenient for major western branch attractions of Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta, the mid lake towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna, the regional capital, Como, and excursions to Milan and St Moritz.
- A plaque outside a villa in Mezzegra marks the spot where Mussolini was executed after being captured in Dongo.
- The ten-kilometre ‘greenway’ walking route passes through Mezzegra and can be followed in either direction.
