Completed only in 2009, the Apartment Alta Vista is immaculately decorated and furnished in a bright, clean and colourful, but also comfortable, modern style, including patio doors that lead from the lounge and both bedrooms to a large balcony with a table and chairs and magnificent views. It is situated in Argegno, a picturesque and welcoming village on the western branch, convenient for sightseeing attractions around the Lake by car, bus or ferry boat and for longer day trips to Milan and St. Moritz. Facilities
- Spacious lounge with contemporary leather settees seating four and dining area seating for four round the pull out dining table. A highchair is also available.
- Patio doors lead from the living area and both bedrooms to a large private balcony / terrace where you can enjoy a drink or a meal al fresco with wonderful lake views.
- Two bedrooms, each with double bed and ample wardrobe space, sleeping maximum of four adults in total, plus one cot.
- Beautifully appointed bathroom with W.C., bath and overhead shower. A separate w.c is also available.
- One bathroom plus separate WC.
- Linen and towels provided.
- Modern fully fitted kitchen.
- Dishwasher, Kitchen cooking hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine Kettle, Toaster, Iron.

Location
- Argegno is a picturesque and sociable village, situated between the busy sightseeing town of Como and the lovely tourist attractions of the western branch (including the historic villas Carlotta and Balbianello) and the mid-Lake triangle of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna – all of which are easily reached by car, bus or ferry boat.
- Its position in a ‘dog-leg’ provides visitors with a small but charming triangular ‘piazza’ with bars, cafes and restaurants and little shops plus some of the most splendid views, up and down and across the water, available anywhere at the Lake. There is also a shingle beach, small port and Lakeside pizzeria.
- The village is the gateway to the Val D’ Intelvi – ideal for walkers in the summer – and is just half an hour from skiing facilities in the winter. You can also make longer day trips to Milan and St. Moritz.

- 25 % non refundable deposit to reserve. Balance payable 12 weeks prior to arrival.
- 350 Euro security bond payable on arrival, returned on departure.
- High chair and cot available to hire if pre-booked, with accommodation.
- Will consider long term lets (over 1 month) and flexible changeover date out of season, but prefer Saturday arrivals for 7 nights stay.
- Interior on 1 level; but Lift to property plus approx 15 steps to the apartment, so not suitable for elderly/infirm or children under five years.
